Terms & Conditions — Freshfarms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Freshfarms website and services ("Service"). Freshfarms is a poultry and food distribution brand operated by Chrisfanok Global Resources Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Freshfarms is a brand operated by Chrisfanok Global Resources Limited, a company based in Lagos, Nigeria. All references to "Freshfarms" on the website refer to the brand operated by Chrisfanok Global Resources Limited.

2. Products & availability

Product details, prices and availability are shown on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur due to the nature of fresh/frozen produce.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability at the time of fulfilment.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave) or via Pay-on-Delivery in selected zones.
If a payment fails or is reversed, the related order may be cancelled.

4. Delivery

Delivery is currently available across selected Lagos zones. See the checkout page for the current list of zones, fees and estimated delivery times.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather or logistics.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient, we may charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order.

5. Returns & refunds

Due to the perishable nature of poultry and food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been accepted at delivery, except where the product is visibly damaged or defective on arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
You agree to provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

7. Wholesale & partner enquiries

Wholesale pricing, partner terms and bulk-supply arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis via our wholesale and partner enquiry forms. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract — a separate written confirmation from us is required.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Transmit viruses, malware or disruptive code.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
Resell or redistribute content from the website without our permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Freshfarms name, logo, website design, product photography and all related materials are owned by Chrisfanok Global Resources Limited or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chrisfanok Global Resources Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
